Overview

We are seeking a driven Real Estate Account Executive to lead and grow a book of business within a chartered insurance broker’s London operation. The role focuses on managing relationships with property managing agents, developers, and property owners, while ensuring underwriting and broking activities are executed effectively. There is a mix of new business development and retention targets, with autonomy to shape and grow the London operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the property insurance book by developing and managing agent relationships.
• Ensure underwriting and broking activities are executed effectively by the team.
• Develop new business opportunities and achieve retention targets.
• Expand the company’s presence among London-based managing agents and related stakeholders.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support a remote/hybrid working model with occasional HQ or client visits.

Qualifications

• Solid experience within the property market, either as an Account Executive in Real Estate insurance or as a Property Manager intending to move into insurance and develop new business.
• Knowledge of the market, particularly working with property managing agents.
• Ability to lead, build, and thrive in a fast-moving, supportive environment.
• Willingness to operate in a predominantly remote/hybrid setup with occasional visits to London or HQ.

Location and Culture
