This is a great role for someone early in their career who wants to learn how marketing campaigns are built, launched, and tracked.
What You’ll Do:
Campaign Support
- Help put together campaign plans and ensure all details are included.
- Work with others to meet deadlines and timelines.
- Double-check campaign information for accuracy.
Day-to-Day Coordination
- Ensure advertising content (images, videos) is ready and sent on time.
- Track ad placements and ensure smooth launches.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Budget & Finance Help
- Update spreadsheets tracking budgets and costs.
- Record purchases and confirm with finance.
- Assist with monthly reconciliations.
Performance & Reporting
- Gather campaign results.
- Assist in preparing client presentations.
- Ensure data accuracy and clarity.
Support with Processes
- Maintain templates and documents.
- Take notes during meetings and organize tasks.
Skills and Experience
We value our culture and people at WPP Media. It’s essential to embrace our core values:
- Be Extraordinary by Leading Collectively to Inspire transformational Creativity.
- Create an Open environment by Balancing People and Client Experiences through Trust.
- Lead Optimistically by Championing Growth and Development.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Clear communication and teamwork skills.
- Interest in digital advertising and campaign processes.
Nice to Have:
- Experience or internship in digital marketing or advertising.
- Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or DV360.
- Comfortable with data and numbers.
- Curiosity about online ad targeting and results.
Life at WPP Media & Benefits
We invest in our employees’ growth and well-being, offering access to global networks, resource groups, and events. Benefits include competitive health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, discounts, and mental health days.
WPP Media is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. We support a hybrid work model, typically in-office four days a week. Please discuss accommodations or flexibility needs during the interview process.
