We are looking for an Account Executive UK/I to join our rapidly growing Commercial Sales Team. As an AE, you will play a critical role in driving growth in the UK/I market, owning a mix of new business and expansion opportunities. You’ll represent our mission of professional coaching for everyone, while delivering measurable business outcomes for our clients.

Your Responsibilities

  • Territory Ownership: Manage a portfolio of mid-market commercial accounts, driving both new logo acquisition and expansion within existing customers.

  • Full-Cycle Sales: Own the end-to-end sales process - from prospecting, discovery, and consultative solutioning to closing multi-year, six-figure SaaS deals.

  • Pipeline Generation: Collaborate with SDRs and Marketing while also self-sourcing opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and industry events.

  • Trusted Advisor Role: Build multi-threaded stakeholder relationships and position CoachHub as a strategic partner in workforce transformation.

  • Expansion & Retention: Work closely with Customer Success to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring adoption, value delivery, and long-term account growth.

  • Execution & Activity: Lead calls, demos, social engagement, face-to-face meetings, negotiations, and presentations with credibility and energy.

  • Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene in Salesforce, with accurate forecasting and opportunity management.

  • Revenue Delivery: Consistently achieve and exceed quota while embodying CoachHub’s mission and values.

Your Profile

  • 3+ years’ experience in full-cycle SaaS sales, managing complex deals of €100k+ (multi-stakeholder, multi-year contracts).

  • Experience in HR Tech or selling into HR/L&D functions is advantageous.

  • Demonstrated success balancing new business acquisition with expansion/upsell responsibilities.

  • Proven ability to self-generate pipeline using outbound strategies and creative prospecting.

  • Strategic, curious, and consultative mindset, combined with strong commercial drive.

  • Skilled storyteller who can sell with vision and data.

  • Resilient, motivated, and adaptable - thrives in a high-growth, high-expectations environment.

  • Collaborative, personable, and fun to work with.

  • Willingness to travel within EMEA (up to 20%).
