Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in London for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role involves client meetings, sales presentations, contract negotiations, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Additionally, the Account Executive will be tasked with tracking sales metrics, preparing reports, and achieving set sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in structured sales processes (MEDDIC, BANT, SPICED, or similar)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Knowledge of global mobility, legal compliance, and HR practices desirable
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Industry-specific experience or knowledge is a plus
