Broker Backup Technician

Aon is currently recruiting a Broker Backup Technician to join our Financial Lines & Cyber Latam team in London.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our London office.

What the day will look like

1. Preparation of final reinsurance documentation

Produce final reinsurance documentation to confirm coverage to clients.

1. Preparation of market submission and endorsements

Collect and analyze relevant information, prepare market submissions and presentations for new business or renewals, and produce and follow up endorsements when necessary.

1. Subjectivities

Follow up on outstanding subjectivities.

1. Credit Control Monitoring

Work with our Accounting Teams to ensure premiums are collected from clients and settled to Reinsurers within the specified settlement due dates.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

Ideal candidates will be highly organized, attentive to detail, adopt a systematic approach, prepare contingency plans, proactively address challenges, consider the broad long-term picture, and communicate confidently with others. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with Portuguese being a plus.
