Account Management Analyst / Healthcare Data Analyst

Compensation: $25/hour

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct audits to identify data discrepancies in pharmacy benefit setups
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality and accuracy
• Track and update client information using Salesforce and internal tools
• Review plan rules to ensure compliance with documentation
• Support issue resolution through data investigation and ticketing
• Leverage Excel and reporting tools to extract actionable insights
• Follow documented processes while applying critical thinking

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Be able to do the job as described
• Experience with data quality control or auditing
• Ability to navigate multiple platforms and tabs simultaneously
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs
• Background in healthcare, pharmacy, or benefits reconciliation
• No non-compete restrictions from previous PBM employers (if applicable)
