Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire Junior Account Managers to hit ambitious revenue and retention targets (108%+ NRR).
- Coach and mentor your team to protect, grow, and expand customer accounts.
- Shape scalable account management strategies that unlock upsell, cross-sell, and referral opportunities.
- Champion customer voices — collaborate with product and tech to turn feedback into improvements.
- Track team KPIs and report on performance to ensure alignment with company goals.
You have
- CRM know-how (HubSpot or similar).
- Strong data analysis skills (Excel / Google Sheets).
- Confidence in pipeline management, forecasting, and presentations.
- Commercial acumen to spot opportunities others might miss.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with SaaS metrics & commercial basics.
- Familiarity with HRTech / Recruitment platforms.
- Understanding of customer health and success metrics.
