Creative agency based in Central Manchester is looking for a B2C Account Manager who has digital & social experience. Hybrid working.

Responsibilities
- Work on consumer clients to deliver standout campaigns by developing content, managing projects and helping shape strategies that deliver results.
- Produce a wide range of high quality, multi-format content from social posts and scripts, to case studies and proposals. Craft content that meets the client\'s needs and tone-of-voice.
- Liaise closely with clients on distribution strategies across traditional, digital and social media platforms. Set campaign KPI\'s, interpret results and use insights to refine strategies.
- Build and establish strong client rapport & relationships, act as a key point of contact, solve challenges and identify areas for growth.
Qualifications
- Ideally you will have previous agency experience in a social environment working on B2C clients.
- You will need strong writing skills and be able to create content that resonates with consumers.
- You must have excellent knowledge of the UK media landscape and digital platforms and have strong organisational skills.
