ABOUT THE ROLE

An Account Manager is a member of the Client Services Management team responsible for the execution of the client plan in key projects(s). In this role you will be responsible for providing a high-quality service throughout delivery leading to account stability and growth. You will be a key client contact and responsible for financial management across assigned project(s).

The Client Services team partner with our Medical Writing team and are responsible for the delivery of projects for our clients.The Account Management team work with available in-house expertise, such as our creative team, but also with third-party suppliers, and provide appropriate direction, ensuring projects exceed client expectations and are delivered to budget.

An Account Manager at Lucid is responsible for:

· Attending appropriate client, ensuring they build confidence in the service Lucid provides and that we exceed all clients’ expectations

· Ensuring all projects deadlines are met, being clear on all details and requirements, developing project plans and running status meetings Building strong working relationships with our clients, being an established point of contact and being recognised as an excellent account manager

· Delivering and continually improving the account administration and support to internal and external clients

· Understanding client’s key messages, positioning and context

· Highlighting opportunities for new business

· Establishing optimal works of working

· Setting standards for the team

· Understanding any roadblocks and providing solutions

· Contributing to proposals for our clients and articulating Lucid’s strategy

As an Account Manager you will be an ambassador for Lucid Group, helping build the profile and client base of the Company.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Essential Criteria:

· Experience working in a fast-paced environment

· Analytical and proactive mindset

· Experience within an account management, partnership focused role

· Experience delivering projects for clients, on time and on budget

Desirable Criteria:

· Experience working on innovative strategic programs for clients

· Life Science degree

· Experience in building strong client relationships

· Experience problem solving and providing solutions

· Experience within the medcomms/healthcare industry

· Experience in mentoring
