Role Description

This is a full-time, but temporary 12-month role to cover maternity leave for a Customer Account Manager, located in Leeds, though we can be flexible with a potential for fully remote for the right candidate. It is also possible that as we grow, there may be the opportunity for this role to become permanent and join as an enhancement to the team.

The Customer Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer support. Daily tasks include managing customer accounts, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, analyzing customer needs, and ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns. The role involves regular communication with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions to enhance their experience with NuBreed Hotels.
