Salary: £40,000 – £50,000
Car Allowance: £5,000

Location: travel required (remote/home-based with regular site visits)

Key Responsibilities
*
Manage and grow revenue across assigned accounts
*
Act as the key point of contact for client relationships
*
Forecast and track revenue performance across client accounts
*
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and service expansion
*
Work closely with Project Managers to ensure seamless delivery of services
*
Support pricing and tendering activities, including annual reviews and additional works
*
Conduct regular site visits and client review meetings across the UK
*
Deliver strong customer experiences through close collaboration with internal teams
*
Educate clients on service offerings and proactively provide solutions
*
Survey sites and work with operational/technical teams to develop proposals
*
Maintain CRM records and produce monthly activity reports
*
Track sales pipeline and ensure visibility across business units
*
Support the mobilisation of new client accounts
*
Monitor and manage debt risks and credit concerns proactively
*
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the sales process
Required Skills & Experience
*
Proven B2B account management experience, ideally in a reactive or fast-paced environment
*
Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills at all levels
*
Strong commercial awareness, including pricing and margin control
*
Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
*
Ability to prioritise workload, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
*
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*
Strong IT skills, including CRM platforms, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
*
High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
*
Customer-centric, adaptable, and highly motivated with a proactive approach
*
Able to manage sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
*
Comfortable handling challenging conversations and finding solutions
Desirable Qualifications & Knowledge
*
Good working knowledge of the Facilities Management and/or Specialist Cleaning sectors
*
Minimum 2 years' experience in Account Management or Internal Account Management roles
*
Ambition to grow into a senior commercial role within FM
*
Membership of relevant trade bodies or industry organisations ()
