The Role

Client Success & Growth Partner (Account Manager) — Remote (occasional travel to Paddington, 1 day every 2 weeks)

Role start: October/November 2025. Salary: £30,000 + uncapped commission. This is a remote-first role with occasional travel.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage client relationships across industries like tech, property, wellness, and finance
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and uncover new business
  • Engage with clients via Teams, Zoom, phone, and email
  • Coordinate training logistics, itineraries, and scheduling (virtual & in-person)
  • Organise materials for open courses and in-house training
  • Handle bookings & invoicing accurately and on time
  • Support compliance processes (ISO, Investors in People)
  • Hit and exceed targets with integrity and focus
