Account Manager -Trailblazer Scheme – Future Leaders in Facilities Management

Location: UK (Various Locations)

Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 8.30a.m to 5p.m

Pay: £50,000 to £55,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)

Duration: 24-Month Programme (x2 six-month placements and a full-time role)

We're looking for bold thinkers and future leaders who are ready to challenge the status quo and reimagine how facilities management is delivered. If that sounds like you, the Bellrock Trailblazer Scheme is your opportunity to make a real impact.

As part of the Trailblazer Scheme, you'll complete two six-month placements on Bellrock’s key client accounts during your first 12 months. Alongside this hands-on experience, you’ll follow a structured training and development programme designed to equip you with the skills and confidence to lead your own account shortly thereafter.

At the end of the programme, you’ll move into a permanent role within Bellrock that aligns with your skills, performance, and career ambitions – guaranteed.

In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the one of our sites based in the UK and from home on a hybrid basis, Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am top 5:00 pm with an hour for lunch break.
