Account Manager
26 Days Old
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, conscientious Account Manager with great people skills, who is keen to build a career in a friendly, fun and dynamic agency. Someone who is fundamentally passionate about client services and delivering a high standard of work, and itching with curiosity about how client businesses (and agencies) grow.
As an Account Manager you will operate at the heart of our agency and will be key to the successful, profitable, and efficient delivery of our creative output for our clients. You will work to support the Account Directors and Senior Account Directors in the day-to-day running of the accounts and delivery for clients. You will also be responsible for owning and leading your own projects within the account
This is a hybrid role which for us means a mix of working from home and our office in Soho, London.
We ideally need someone who has some prior experience in paid media and CRM.
What you will do...
- You will be the source of truth for agency and clients when it comes to internal and external meeting preparation, note taking, actions to follow up and resource management, supporting both teams to ensure we’re always looking ahead.
- You will lead with minimal support on up to medium-sized performance marketing and CRM projects and be responsive to client requests.
- You will also work with line managers to support in building project plans, booking creative resource and managing budgets.
- You will be the go-to point across each project you manage, this will include: taking briefs from the client and managing their expectations; organising kick offs internally; writing the brief; briefing the Creative department or Paid Media (Performance / Social) team; ensuring all departments are managed and kept in the loop; delivering the campaign on time and on budget and retaining the client’s innate trust in you.
- You will also work closely with our client’s third parties to deliver campaigns where needed.
- Project Scoping – a proven track record in scoping campaigns, ensuring creation of accurate resource plans, project schedules and price quotes, with clarity about what is and isn’t included in the scope.
- An Eye for Detail - always ensuring an excellent standard of delivery from the agency.
- Strong Communication Skills - you’ll be a calm, clear and confident communicator - you’ll hold the specific delivery knowledge and will be the go-to person of your team to make things happen.
- You’ll also be an active listener and problem-solver with the ability to build trusted relationships with internal teams, clients, and partners.
- Positive Attitude - A ‘can-do / go-getter’ attitude and with an ability to make things happen.
- A quick, self-motivated learner – you’re genuinely interested in getting under the skin of clients’ businesses, audiences and challenges and the different tools we as an agency can bring to bear on these.
- Highest level of organisational skills with the ability to prioritise (and clearly communicate around) multiple tasks from different stakeholders
- Experience working on CRM across multiple channels. Telecommunications experience is beneficial, but not essential.
- Experience working on Paid Media and Social workstreams
