Account/Project Manager (Healthcare Communications) — Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid - Central office & remote working).

Perceptive is a specialist medical education agency, dedicated to creating and delivering engaging continuing education and e-learning solutions for health professionals. We work with UK, European and global healthcare brands, helping them support healthcare systems, inspire employees, and deliver impactful education initiatives. Denholm Associates are partnering with Perceptive to recruit a motivated Account/Project Manager to join their Account Management team in Edinburgh.

What you'll do

In this varied and rewarding role, you'll:

• Build strong client relationships, engaging with them to understand their needs and present new ideas.
• Support client proposals and concept presentations.
• Plan and manage the delivery of a wide range of educational projects, ensuring they're delivered on time, to budget and to the highest quality.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and subject experts to produce innovative e-learning content.
• Research and review content, ensuring consistency, accuracy and impact.
• Provide technical support for online events such as webinars and workshops (with time off in lieu for occasional evenings/weekends).
• Assist with educational projects and represent the business at events when required.

What we're looking for

• Experience in a healthcare agency, medical education, or similar environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• A creative eye, attention to detail, and a passion for digital solutions.
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - and confidence presenting ideas.
• The ability to motivate teams, build relationships and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude and a genuine drive to exceed client expectations.
