Account & Project Manager

We are a full-service digital marketing agency in Glasgow, specializing in hospitality marketing and working with leading hotel and leisure groups in the UK.
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate is a confident communicator and natural organiser who thrives on delivering outstanding results for clients. You will have a passion for both client servicing and structured project management, with experience in a digital marketing agency environment. This hybrid role sits across client relationship management and hands-on project delivery, ideal for someone who values variety and responsibility in their daily workload.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Account Management: act as the main day-to-day contact for clients, build trusted relationships, lead client calls and meetings, prepare agendas and reports, onboard new clients, and maintain WIP/status trackers.
- Project Management: own end-to-end delivery of web projects and retainer work, create and maintain project plans and timelines, schedule regular project catch-ups, coordinate with design, development, marketing and content teams, monitor scope, document requirements, and conduct UAT/post-deployment testing.
Skills & Experience Required
- 3+ years in a digital agency in an account or project management role (ideally with crossover).
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects concurrently.
- Experience using project management tools and client reporting platforms; familiarity with digital marketing and web development processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a calm, solutions-focused attitude under pressure.
- Hospitality marketing experience is a bonus but not essential.
