What's the role?
We're looking for an accounting professional to operate established cash and bank management processes as part of a financial shared service covering the Northern European Region & The Middle East.
What does the role involve?
Working within the finance shared service team you'll take ownership of end-to-end Order to Cash (OtC) processes, ensuring accurate financial bookings across payments, bank management, cash planning, and fleet operations — all aligned with global service standards for your designated Market Organisation. You'll maintain and monitor key financial accounts, support business decisions through process insights, and continuously improve service delivery using tools and automated technologies. You will be a trusted partner to internal stakeholders; your role will be pivotal in driving operational excellence and enhancing process efficiency.
By having a proactive mindset, you will challenge processes where necessary and identifying opportunities for innovation within the Order to Cash Accountant team. You'll uphold compliance with internal controls and audit requirements, while contributing to risk management and regulatory adherence. Beyond core responsibilities, you'll support onboarding and training initiatives and play an active role in global projects — making this a truly multifaceted and impactful role.
What you need is:
- A strong experience within the finance function, demonstrating consistent achievement of goals & financial processes (ideally within a shared service set up)
- Working towards or already achieved ACCA or CIMA
- Able to demonstrate awareness of and utilisation of system based tools to gain process efficiency
- Excellente attention to detail
- Effective communication & presentation skills
- Evidence of accountability for process execution
- A learning agility to continue driving personal and company success.
