What You’ll Be Doing

  • Accurately process supplier invoices and credit notes.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and direct debit payments, resolving discrepancies swiftly.
  • Maintain and update accounts payable ledgers, ensuring month-end deadlines are met.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly supplier payment runs in line with agreed terms.
  • Collaborate across departments to resolve invoice/payment queries.
  • Support internal and external audits with clear, timely documentation.

What You Bring

  • A proven track record in Accounts Payable.
  • Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reconciliation).
  • Familiarity with accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Sage, QuickBooks, Netsuite).
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Clear, confident communication with suppliers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team.
