Duties to include:

Oversee a varied client portfolio, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and cultivating long‑term relationships Ensure accurate and timely preparation of year‑end accounts, including tax reviews and statutory filings Collaborate with Partners on complex client projects Advise clients on business, personal accounting and tax matters Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to support the firm’s growth Work closely with Directors and Partners to shape and implement regional strategies aligned with the firm’s objectives Lead and mentor a small team, setting clear objectives and delivering tailored development plans
