The Role
As Senior Account Manager Lead, you’ll be the primary contact for a portfolio of national retail partners. You’ll manage relationships, drive lending growth, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You’ll also mentor a small team when needed and work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with national retail partners.
- Deliver agreed targets for lending volume, profitability, and risk management.
- Use data insights to inform product and pricing decisions.
- Ensure compliance with FCA and other regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate across teams to exceed retailer expectations.
- Lead by example, promoting proactive account management and STB core values.
About You
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is
- Experienced in national account management within retail finance.
- Skilled at building relationships at all levels, including board level.
- Commercially savvy, customer-focused, and resilient in a target-driven environment.
- Knowledgeable about FCA compliance and consumer finance regulations.
- A confident communicator with strong presentation and influencing skills.
- Comfortable working field-based with a valid driving license.
