The Role

1. Helping residents remain as active and independent as possible
2. Identifying residents' unique goals and implementing personalized activity plans
3. Supporting residents in exploring new interests, engaging in physical activities, and enjoying themselves in a stimulating, homely environment
4. Collaborating with families, residents, and local communities to create meaningful experiences
