What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate is a talented creative with a passion for our mission. We seek an artist who can translate complex ideas into visually stunning and impactful content. Your expertise as an illustrator, artist, or designer will give our advocacy a new dimension, making it more accessible and compelling to a global audience.
- Visual Communication: Strong ability to tell a story through images and translate historical moments and current feminist issues into a clear visual narrative.
- Illustration & Cartoons: Proficiency in creating original illustrations and cartoons with distinct character styles to make our message memorable.
- Animation (Desirable): Proficiency in animation software and the ability to create short, powerful animated clips for social media campaigns.
- Graphic Design: Understanding of design principles and software like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator for polished graphics and campaign materials.
- Adaptability: Ability to work within brand guidelines and adapt style to suit different digital platforms.
Experience
- Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio showing a range of creative projects, including illustrations, digital art, and, if available, animated shorts.
- Creative Roles: Previous experience creating visuals for a cause (non-profit or professional client) is an advantage.
- Social Advocacy: A passion for women\'s rights and understanding of the issues championed.

What you will do
As a Digital Superstar, your primary focus will be on creating compelling visual assets that tell a story, including:
- Images & Illustrations: Designing graphics, infographics, and static visuals for social media and our website, depicting historical moments and current issues in women\'s rights.
- Videos & Animations: Creating brief videos or animations (as possible) for social media campaigns and our website to explain key concepts and showcase the ongoing fight for equality.
- Cartoons: Developing short, impactful cartoons that communicate feminist issues in a relatable way.
Who you will work with
You will be part of a dynamic digital team, reporting to the Head of Communications and collaborating with a small team of content creators and advocates.
What we are looking for (closing)
We are seeking a volunteer with a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create engaging visual content. Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, animation software) and a keen eye for design are important, along with a shared passion for women\'s rights.
