Would you like to deliver projects that make a difference? Do you have experience of administration within the services in scope of the project and can you demonstrate successful delivery of change. Are you keen to make a difference?
If so, the project is looking for a fixed-term Administration Manager to join a dynamic team, specifically the All Ages Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Digital Solution project. Working across BCU you will be responsible for administrative tasks to support the change journey within the project.
Main duties of the job
Your Key responsibilities:
- To plan, support facilitate and monitor elements of changes to working practices.
- Draft plans, reports and ensure that deliverables are achieved to schedule and specification.
- Work closely with the service change team, the digital staff and wider staff across the service to ensure the delivery of change.
- To facilitate engagement of staff across the services in contributing to changes to processes.
- Provide and receive complex information relating to the project e.g. changes to timescales, changes to requirements or additional work required to tight deadlines.
- Represent the project by actively participating in Health Board/National Teams and groups.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Qualifications
- GCSE standard in English and Maths
- Degree level (Management) or equivalent experience
- Evidence of Continual Professional Development.
- Good standard of general / higher education (Certificate Level)
- Professional Management Qualification
- Currently pursuing a qualification in NHS Management
Experience
- Extensive experience of staff management
- Previous experience of managing financial resources
- Sound knowledge of IT systems/ PAS/PIMS/Myrddin/Mental Health & Learning Disabilities Systems
- Previous experience in producing written reports
