Job Title: Administration & Reporting Manager

Our client is a purpose-driven mid-market private equity firm investing in businesses across Europe. They are currently seeking a Administration & Reporting Manager to support their investor data collection and sustainability reporting cycle, supporting the head of department. This is a part-time, flexible role ideal for someone who has some experience in private markets reporting (this could be in finance, ESG, investor relations or any other admin-related support functions), works well independently and autonomously, and requires structured hours to work around other commitments.
Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities for this Administration & Reporting Manager role include, but are not limited to:
- Lead and manage data collection across portfolio companies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather operational sustainability metrics for the firm.
- Liaise professionally with portfolio companies ahead of and during campaign launch to ensure smooth data submission.
- Conduct quality checks, identify trends, and flag year-on-year variances.
- Maintain data integrity and store all information securely.
- Analyse results and extract insights for inclusion in investor and stakeholder reports.
- Prepare ESG responses for Limited Partners, banks, insurers, and other stakeholders (approx. 60% of the role).
- Support the Investor Relations team with ad hoc ESG data requests and reporting deliverables.
Skills
The skills and experience required for this Administration & Reporting Manager role include, but are not limited to:
- A true part-timer: you’re looking for a fixed-hours role that fits around other commitments. Option for fully remote.
- Strong communicator, confident engaging with portfolio company contacts in a professional and efficient manner.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to plan ahead for cyclical reporting peaks.
- Advanced proficiency in handling large data sets and navigating complex reporting templates.
- Familiarity with ESG data and frameworks (e.g. SFDR, TCFD, SASB) is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a rigorous approach to accuracy and data integrity.
