About the job

What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing administrative support to our expert data protection team - virtually and in person.

Managing incoming calls from schools and trusts, offering a helpful and professional service.

Organising calendars, booking audits, training, and client meetings via phone and email.

Keeping our CRM and client records up to date with key contract and compliance information.

Supporting our online training and compliance platforms, including updating contact details.

Maintaining accurate statistics and audit logs for internal reporting.

About you

What You’ll Bring:

Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer-facing role.

Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.

Great attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.

Confidence using Microsoft Office and Office 365.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.

Familiarity with CRM or records management systems (desirable, but full training provided).

A willingness to undertake training and grow within the role.
