Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for optimal organisation and document retrieval.
- Provide administrative support for various projects, including data entry, research, and record-keeping.
- Greet visitors, answer calls, and manage general inquiries, serving as a friendly point of contact for our team and clients.
- Track office supplies and place orders to maintain inventory levels.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong sense of professionalism.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
