Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hpw) Monday to Friday

We have a brilliant opportunity for you to join our Repairs and Maintenance team as an Administrator. You’ll provide excellent administrative support, keeping systems up to date, driving productivity, and providing excellent customer service to support us in delivering a reliable repairs service.
Typical Day as an Administrator
- Ensure all systems contain accurate, real-time information such as maintenance works required on our customers’ homes and highlight where job volumes exceed available resources.
- Use our works order management and other systems to ensure all materials, equipment, and subcontractor orders are updated.
- Deliver high-quality work, whether providing general admin support or supporting scheduling teams to schedule work for our trade operatives.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous administration experience, ideally in a fast-paced repairs and maintenance team, or good knowledge of repairs and maintenance if not.
- Good knowledge of/ability to use workforce planning systems.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and multitasking capabilities.
- Flexible approach, initiative, and judgment.
- Proficiency with technology and online systems.

Job Details
- This is a hybrid role, working from our Belmont, Durham office and from home.
- Typical hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, with flexibility to discuss other patterns.
- Use technology for system updates, admin support, online learning, and collaboration.
