Overview
The Team Leader is directly responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the administration team within the clinic-based services. They are responsible for working collaboratively with team members to effectively coordinate and deliver a high quality of service. They will be an ambassador for the service; will be motivated to provide first class administration; in a professional manner to support the work of the service and meet strategic and business objectives.
