Please note that SYMCA follows a structured salary grading system for all roles, and the offered salary for each post will be at the starting point within the specified grade. Key Responsibilities

We’re delivering a major digital transformation – starting with a new CRM that will change how we work with the people and communities of South Yorkshire. We’re also improving how we use Microsoft 365 and building a new data platform to support smarter, faster ways of working.

As our Adoption and Change Management Officer, you’ll lead the work that helps people across the organisation understand what’s changing, why it matters, and how to get the most out of it.

This is a visible, hands-on role. You’ll be out in the organisation – running training, creating guidance, answering questions, and helping teams build confidence with new tools. You’ll be the go-to person for making change feel simple, clear, and accessible.

Your work will have real impact. By supporting staff to adopt new systems, you’ll help deliver better services for residents, businesses, and communities across South Yorkshire.
