Adult Nurse Manager Community Complex Care | South London | Up to £50,000 + Benefits

Are you a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a passion for delivering high-quality care in the community? We are recruiting an experienced and compassionate Adult Nurse Manager to join a respected and expanding healthcare provider specialising in complex adult care.

This is a rewarding opportunity to lead care delivery across South London, supporting individuals with complex clinical needs while mentoring a team of carers and building strong partnerships with families and health professionals.

Whats On Offer

• Competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
• Hybrid working model 1 day from home, 4 days in the community
• Monday to Friday hours (9am5pm) no evenings, nights or weekends

• Mileage reimbursement at £0.45 per mile

• Develop and oversee tailored care plans that reflect each clients unique needs
• Provide clinical assessments, nursing interventions, and medication management
• Train, mentor and supervise a team of carers to ensure delivery of safe, person-centred care
• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
• Work closely with CHC nurses, commissioners, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate high-quality care packages
  
  

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
• Hands-on experience in tracheostomy care and ventilator support within the last 2 years
• Leadership qualities and team management experience (suitable for Band 5 or Band 6 nurses)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A full UK driving licence is desirable, though not essential
