Overview

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority's growing legal team in the West Midlands who are looking to hire an adult-care solicitor on a 3 month rolling contract to cover a round of permanent recruitment. This position can be offered on a fully remote basis, however local candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Drafting s21A and s16s.
• Handling a full caseload of C-DOLs autonomously.
• Experience with advocacy would be desirable but is not a requirement.

Experience / Qualifications

• Have prior experience working within a local authority setting.
