Join Richmond and Wandsworth’s Mental Health Social Care Teams and Mental Health Reviews Team as a Social Worker and make a meaningful impact in the lives of residents of Wandsworth . The Mental Health service is responsible for assessing and reviewing social care needs and safeguarding enquiries under the Care Act 2014, the Mental Health Act . This includes creating person centred, strengths-based support plans, undertaking carers assessments and capacity assessments .

The mental health service of Richmond and Wandsworth Councils supports both boroughs. This role will be based in Wandsworth supporting residents within the borough.
