Salary: £39,709 - £47,509 per annum plus £1,000 Golden Hello and £1,500 Annual Retention Allowance

Looking for your next exciting adventure in Adult Social Care? We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our friendly and dedicated Adult's team.

We are looking for a qualified Social Worker to join our Adult Services team in the Orpington Locality. This role offers the opportunity to work across a wide spectrum of adult social care needs, making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals in our community.

To be considered, you must be registered with Social Work England and able to pass a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

We are seeking a professional with:

• Proven experience in case management and safeguarding enquiries in line with statutory responsibilities.
• Strong skills in independent assessment and support planning, underpinned by a solid understanding of adult social care legislation, frameworks, and best practices.
• Confidence in risk assessment and decision-making in dynamic situations.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and people management skills.
• A creative, person-centred approach to developing interventions that empower individuals.
• The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with partner agencies, including health services, voluntary sectors, and commissioned providers.
• Proficiency in IT systems and accurate, contemporaneous record-keeping on social care platforms.
• Strong analytical, written, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and meet performance targets.
