Connaught Resourcing is actively seeking Advanced Nurse Practitioners for Home Visits in central London.

We are able to offer up to full-time hours, with weekday shifts, night shifts and weekend shifts available, along with excellent rates of pay.

Overview

Advanced Nurse Practitioners for Home Visits perform assessment, diagnosis, treatment and discharge of patients presenting with undiagnosed and undifferentiated conditions.

Responsibilities

Main duties of these roles will include the assessment, diagnosis, treatment and discharging of patients presenting at the centre with undiagnosed and undifferentiated conditions.

Qualifications

• Currently working as an ANP/ACP
• Have experience in assessment and treatment of minor illness and minor injury and relevant qualifications
• Independent Prescriber or prescribe under PGDs
