Salary Band 7 (£40,872 - £47,846)

Description We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and committed Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our small, friendly and supportive practice

The desired applicant will ideally possess the relevant skills, qualifications and experience to work autonomously and demonstrate a high level of decision making and clinical judgement and will assess and treat a diverse range of patients by either face-to-face or telephone consultations. The ideal candidate would hold an independent prescribing qualification. Experience in Chronic Disease Management would also be advantageous.

Our Practice population is approx 3000 and our complement for the Practice will be 1 GP, 2 Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Practice nurse and supported by an excellent team of Administrative staff.

The post is advertised as between 16 -20 hours, but this is flexible, and we offer a competitive salary in relations to your experience. We are flexible as to whether this would be permanent post of as a long term locum. If you are interested in this post please send a covering letter and CV to either Karen Richardson.
