About the Role
In this key role, you’ll deliver high-quality, relationship-based practice with children and families who are vulnerable or in crisis. You’ll support children in need, those at risk of harm, or in care, using strength-based, trauma-informed approaches.

- Develop and implement robust, person-centred care plans
- Lead work across Child in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), and Children Looked After (CLA)
- Engage children, families, and professionals to build trust and sustainable support plans
- Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced colleagues or students
- Maintain detailed, high-quality records and prepare reports for decision-making and court where necessary
