Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an Advanced Practitioner - Safeguarding to join a Safeguarding Team based in South London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Social Worker looking to transition into a more management-based role. The role involves managing a small, complex caseload while taking on some management responsibilities and stepping in when the team manager is absent.

Responsibilities as a Safeguarding Advanced Practitioner:

• Manage a complex caseload involving Child Protection, pre-proceedings, and court cases
• Assist social workers in developing skills in managing court work, including co-working cases
• Deputise for the Team Leaders when needed
• Support social workers to ensure effective practice, compliance with regulations, statutory guidance, and learning from evidence-based and innovative practices

Requirements for a Safeguarding Social Worker:

• Experience in Child Protection, court work, and permanency planning
• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Degree in Social Work or equivalent
