The Infrastructure Finance business unit provides modelling, valuations, audits, training, and advisory services across EMEA and the Americas from hubs in London, Paris, New York, Toronto, Johannesburg, and Delhi.

Job Purpose

Support Partners and Directors in developing the Advisory and Valuations services by delivering high-quality client solutions in energy & infrastructure sectors—including acquisitions, valuations, sales, fundraising, bid advisory, and debt raising. The role involves leading advisory and valuation assignments, managing client relationships, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead advisory and valuation projects, including preparing transaction documents, managing client relationships, and overseeing project delivery.
• Manage valuation engagements, including analyzing data, market research, financial modeling, report writing, and team management.
• Develop team capabilities through mentoring, reviewing work, and promoting best practices.
• Drive business development by preparing proposals, building networks, and supporting marketing efforts.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in deal advisory and valuation within energy and infrastructure sectors.
• Proven project management and financial modeling skills, with a strong sector knowledge.
• Excellent client relationship skills and ability to lead teams.
• Qualifications such as ACA or CFA are desirable. Fluency in English is mandatory; additional EU languages are a plus.
