Role Description

Flexible – Part-Time or Full-Time

This is a private practice role with flexibility to suit both the clinic and the practitioner. The position does not have to be full-time; it could be part-time or develop into a full-time role depending on patient demand. We expect a level of basic availability from the practitioner, and from there we will shape the schedule together based on bookings and clinic needs.

This is a full-time role for an Aesthetic Practitioner at Pitshanger Clinic. The Aesthetic Practitioner will be responsible for conducting consultations, providing aesthetic treatments, and ensuring patient satisfaction. Additional tasks include maintaining patient records, informing clients about post-treatment care, and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. This is an on-site role located in London, and requires close collaboration with the clinic\'s team to provide high-quality care and services to our clients.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy
• Laser and IPL Level 4
• Proven experience in providing aesthetic treatments (Laser Hair Removal, HydraFacial, Microneedling, Chemical Peel, LED Light therapy, Thread Vein Removal)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Knowledge of current regulations and industry standards related to aesthetic procedures
• Capacity to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
• Professional qualifications in aesthetics, nursing, or a related field
• Commitment to continuous professional development and training
• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of business management and client relations
