NET‑A‑PORTER is searching for a seasoned candidate to come and join the award‑winning Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Team as an Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Executive. We’re looking for a team member to support and drive further success in 2025 and beyond. Working hand in hand with our central global team, the successful candidate will report into the Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager and will need to demonstrate excellent commercial skills combined with proven digital experience. Some of the essentials for you to know are:

  • Location: Our Westfield office in London (4 days office based & 1 day from home)

  • Reporting into: Affiliate and Influencer Manager

Responsibilities

  • Predominantly work across the influencer channel to support the Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager in executing the strategy across all regions to drive relevant and commercial KPIs.
  • Use an analytical approach, to effectively measure performance across both affiliate and influencer activity – establishing goals and targets in driving business success. Reviewing, analysing & optimizing as you go, reporting back on achievements and challenges; propose new KPIs, metrics and approaches to strategic partnerships depending on business priorities.
  • Collaborate across other business departments to align all activity – including but not limited to buying, creative, PR, social and performance marketing teams across all regions.
  • Propose innovative ideas and initiatives that drive customer growth, revenue and scale brand awareness; ensure a cohesive and comprehensive brand strategy and 360 approach.
  • Act as a brand guardian and ensure all activations that pass through the affiliate and influencer channel, adhere to the NET‑A‑PORTER brand guidelines.
  • Work seamlessly across Performance Marketing, PR, Marketing, Social, Editorial and Buying teams. Also coordinate with finance to process payments to external partners and with legal to draw up contracts for partnerships.
  • Support coordination of Brand Partnership campaigns, acting as the point of contact for the brand and internal team, including executing end‑of‑campaign reporting.
  • Own influencer reporting and content sharing with internal teams to support content amplification.
  • Maintain all centralised team resources – including marketing calendars, budget trackers and end‑of‑campaign reports.
  • Support execution of influencer campaigns, including not limited to loan requests, working with couriers, gifting requests and other ad‑hoc tasks.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of marketing experience ideally gained in a luxury and/or online retail environment or agency.
  • Detail‑oriented, methodical and well‑organised individual with excellent time‑management skills. Strong analytical skills with a desire to learn new programs/platforms. A data‑led approach to both affiliate and influencer channel.
  • Proactive, self‑starter mindset with the ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance. Positive mindset and able to consistently deliver across responsibilities while working in a fast‑paced, ever‑growing and ever‑changing business and landscape.
  • Understand and respect the importance of relationships – across both influencer and affiliate (internal and external). Ability to maintain relationships whilst also having well‑rounded negotiation skills.
