At Huddled Group, we source and redistribute surplus goods, we deliver quality products at accessibly low prices, benefiting customers and reducing unnecessary waste in the FMCG supply chain. This is achieved through our 3 brands: Discount Dragon, Boop Beauty & NutriCircle.

Key Responsibilities

• This role is 80% affiliate weighted, with 20% contributing to wider digital marketing channels
• Monitor and analyse affiliate performance, implementing data-driven optimisations to improve results.
• Generate regular reports and develop testing frameworks within multiple digital channels
• Collaborate with buying teams to align promotions, stock availability, and affiliate incentives.
• Manage budgets and commission structures, optimising CPA and ROAS.
• Present regularly to the wider team with performance reports and strategic recommendations.
• Attend relevant events on behalf of Huddled Group
• Ensure partner compliance within industry standards, brand guidelines, and advertising regulations.

Must Have

• 2 to 3 years of digital marketing experience
• Knowledge of the Awin platform or similar affiliate platforms
• Understanding of trading KPIs: CPA, ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPM, CR, margin.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce actionable insights.
• Experience briefing affiliate publishers & creative teams
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Curious mindset and ability to challenge key decision makers

Nice To Have

• Experience managing Beauty, Nutrition or FMCG brands
• Experience briefing and managing influencer campaigns
