We’re looking for an experienced affiliate partnerships manager to join the team and take responsibility for forging relationships and building partnerships with brands that we can include on the Gener8 Rewards platform.

Today, our key markets are the USA and UK. We will be expanding to more countries over the next 12 months.

About Us & The Role

Since its launch in 2018, Gener8 has been at the forefront of the “open data” movement: the belief that people should be able to control and be rewarded from their own data. Gener8’s consumer products include a web browser, browser extension, iOS, and Android apps. Our products enable people to share their data transparently and willingly with Gener8, while preserving their privacy, so that we can create value from it for them.

We are growing fast, with tens of thousands of new app downloads every month. Our desktop browser alone accounts for the equivalent of 250 years in browsing time each month. We have access to large amounts of proprietary data, which we can create value from.

Gener8 was named ‘Disruptor of the Year’ in 2022 by the Great British Entrepreneur Awards. Our investors include three dragons from BBC’s Dragon’s Den, as well as personalities such as rapper Tinie Tempah, former football manager Harry Redknapp, and cricketer Chris Gayle.

In 2023, we met with the Prime Minister at Downing Street and were invited to join the Government’s new “Smart Data Council”, shaping future data legislation in the UK. We also engage regularly with European legislators on the Digital Markets Act, which empowers users to control and earn from their data.

• 2 days per week in our London office, 3 days remote.
• To apply, you must have 5+ years experience managing a similar partnerships program.
• Experience in running affiliate programs across multiple markets is required.
• Experience working and negotiating with affiliates is essential.
• You should be comfortable working independently, although you are part of a larger team.
• Excellent copywriting skills.

• Strong analytical and multitasking abilities.
