Who are we?

We are an online pharmacy group with 4 websites across the UK and USA. We have grown at 200-300% a year in revenue and we are looking at building our marketing team with energetic and dynamic individuals! Our UK sites include Farmeci.com and mylondonpharmacy.co.uk.

Purpose of Role

To lead and grow the affiliate & partnerships programme for a fast-growing online pharmacy, building trusted relationships with affiliates, healthcare content publishers, and strategic partners. This role will help drive customer acquisition, education, and retention while ensuring compliance with healthcare advertising regulations and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of an affiliate network, monitoring KPIs such as CPA, conversion rate, and incremental sales.
  • Recruit, onboard, and nurture new affiliates, including healthcare publishers, wellness influencers, and content partners.
  • Negotiate commission structures, incentives, and exclusive offers tailored to the healthcare audience.
  • Partnership Development
  • Identify and secure new strategic partnerships (e.g., health platforms, lifestyle brands, insurers, wellness businesses).
  • Collaborate on co-branded campaigns and cross-promotional activities.
  • Compliance & Brand Safety
  • Ensure all affiliate and partner activities comply with MHRA, ASA, GDPR, and healthcare advertising regulations.
  • Monitor content to ensure claims are accurate, transparent, and in line with pharmacy standards.
  • Performance & Reporting
  • Track and analyse campaign performance, producing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Deliver monthly reports to the wider marketing and leadership teams, focusing on ROI and patient acquisition metrics.
  • Work closely with content, creative, and clinical teams to develop affiliate marketing collateral (e.g., banners, landing pages, blog content).
  • Align affiliate & partnership activity with product launches, promotions, and seasonal health campaigns (e.g., flu, allergy, travel health).

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2-4 years’ experience in affiliate marketing or partnerships, ideally in e-commerce, health, wellness, or regulated industries.
  • Understanding of UK digital healthcare advertising compliance (ASA, MHRA, GDPR) – this however can be learnt on the job.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset, confident with Google Analytics (GA4), affiliate dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Experience in digital health, online pharmacy, wellness, or subscription services.
  • Knowledge of content partnerships, or influencer collaborations in health/wellness.
