Director level Affordable Housing Consultant - London/Hybrid

We are retained by a global company with a strong presence in the London residential market, where they are seen as industry leaders and enjoy market share above their competitors within the South East.

The company is seeking a consultant to act as an outsourced expert within the Affordable Housing sector, managing all of their Affordable Housing Valuation work under their brand and PI.

The work will be assigned to this consultant from four separate large departments within the firm, providing the opportunity to achieve a significant remuneration from the associated fees.

Applicants must have at least 10 years of experience in Affordable Housing Valuations and Section 106 agreements.

There is potential to expand this consultancy role into a larger offering, which will be discussed upon application.

This role is flexible with remote work options but requires regular attendance at the London office.
