Location: Liverpool (South), with opportunities for some remote work
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours (8 hours Mon-Thu, 5.5 hours Fri)
Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract
Are you an experienced Administration or Customer Service Officer with CRM and ERP systems experience, seeking a role with excellent conditions and hybrid working?
This position is with a thriving pharmaceutical manufacturer experiencing rapid growth.
The role is varied: supporting clients with aftersales inquiries, booking flights for staff, and more—ideal for someone who prefers diverse tasks over repetition.
Responsibilities include managing customer aftersales inquiries and scheduling service technicians to resolve issues.
This is a 12-month fixed-term role covering maternity leave.
The Role
- Full-time, 12-month fixed-term position with some remote work options
- Managing aftersales customer support cases
- Arranging worldwide site visits for Service Technicians & Engineers
- Planning and booking travel for Service staff (flights, hotels, car hire, etc.)
The Person
- Previous administration/customer service/support experience essential
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems required
- Travel administration experience is advantageous but not essential
