Responsible for providing end-to-end accountability for project oversight, reporting to the project management team, and establishing working relationships with technology partners.

We are seeking an experienced Agile Business Analyst (BA) Manager - Settlements SME to join our team in the clearing and settlement domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of financial services operations.

Role and Responsibilities

  1. Facilitate Agile Practices: Lead the implementation of Agile practices such as Scrum or Kanban within the clearing and settlement teams.
  2. Understanding the Domain: Collaborate across teams to ensure domain knowledge is effectively shared and applied.
  3. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  4. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
  5. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including customers, developers, product managers, and product owners.
  6. Team Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams to ensure high performance without compromising on quality.

Skills and Qualifications

  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis within financial services, with prior experience in clearing and settlement processes.
  3. Agile Certification: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or similar certification is required.
  4. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or other project management software.
  5. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
