A leading financial services organisation is currently seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to join their London-based office. The client is undergoing a major transformation and requires a confident, technically strong delivery professional to drive end-to-end project execution across multiple teams.
Job Details:
Start date - ASAP
Duration - Initial 6-month contract (with view to convert to a permanent position)
Rate - £750-£800pd Inside IR35 via Umbrella
Location - London
Hybrid - 3 days in the office


Key requirements:

• Proven experience as a Delivery Lead within financial services.
• Strong technical background, ideally with experience in architecture or technical business analysis.
• Comfortable working with SQL, data mining, and driving out process flows.
• Confident and resilient, with the ability to challenge stakeholders and lead in a high-pressure environment.
• Experience managing and improving Agile delivery across multiple teams.
• Strong project planning skills with a "taskmaster" mindset to drive execution.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a detail-oriented and proactive approach.
