Overview

Agile Delivery, Scrum and Coaching - Consultant - Digital Excellence at Capgemini Invent. You will join our Agile Delivery, Scrum, and Coaching capability within the Digital Factories Tribe of the Business Technology unit. This role is part of a team of technology professionals focused on user-centered design, critical thinking, and the creation of digital services and products.

Responsibilities

• Agile Product Delivery: Lead and manage product delivery using agile frameworks and techniques, aligning with Agile values and Scrum principles.
• Assess Agile Maturity: Evaluate team and organisational agility, guiding higher maturity levels while promoting Scrum values (commitment, focus, openness, respect, courage).
• Team Leadership and Empowerment: Provide leadership to cross-functional teams and foster a culture grounded in Scrum values and Agile principles.
• Scrum Master Responsibilities: Guide teams on Agile/Scrum practices, support daily ceremonies, and help remove blockers with a focus on respect and courage.
• Agile Coaching: Conduct Agile workshops for development and functional teams; coach senior management to enable top-down adoption and transparency.
• Delivery Management: Manage client engagements from inception to closure, ensuring alignment with client expectations and Agile values; coordinate resources and milestones.
• Communication and Collaboration: Improve transparency and information flow; foster collaboration with other Agile coaches and build a broader Agile network.
• Driving Cultural Change: Promote an agile mindset within client organisations, aligning with industry best practices and Scrum values.
• Learning and Development: Facilitate coaching for individuals and teams; stay current with industry practices and evolving frameworks.
• Practice and Business Development: Contribute to growth and expertise through business and practice development activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in roles such as Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach in teams applying Agile principles; open to candidates from public sector to start-ups.
• Experience delivering multi-disciplinary products in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across multiple teams and seniority levels.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro).
• Ability to coach teams and individuals, balancing leadership with enabling self-management.
