The Agile PMO & Performance Lead drives operational excellence by embedding Agile principles and optimising workflows across product teams. This role enables high-performing teams, promotes collaboration, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement aligned with our organisational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Define and monitor metrics that connect with shop floor processes for performance improvement; communicate and influence at all levels.
  • Provide in-depth data analysis for decision-making to ensure reliable delivery and visibility of value streams.
  • Support organisational change management and scale Agile practices across teams.
  • Lead process performance management, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Coach and mentor teams to enhance Agile adoption and deliver high-performing results.
  • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to proactively manage risks and implement process improvements that improve efficiency and delivery speed.
  • Demonstrate ownership and delivery by motivating teams, making timely decisions, and resolving root causes of problems to prevent recurrence.
  • Communicate strategies effectively, manage and mentor teams to achieve high performance, and address under-performance swiftly.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, lead change initiatives, and thrive in ambiguous environments; build cross-functional relationships and leverage diverse perspectives in decision-making.

Requirements

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Strong background in Agile Delivery or PMO / Project Governance; proven track record in implementing Agile practices and driving transformation.
  • Strong facilitation skills and experience guiding teams through Agile processes.
  • Proficiency with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence; solid knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent interpersonal, mentoring, and communication skills; ability to foster collaboration across all organisational levels.
