We invest in our people, technology and purpose.OverviewAs an Agile Project Manager in our People ERP and Payroll domain you’ll drive change and continuous improvement across our global People and Finance functions. You’ll deliver smarter, more efficient systems from onboarding to wellbeing and inclusion. Passionate about agile delivery? This is your chance to shape the future of health at Bupa.ResponsibilitiesLead delivery of change initiatives from start to finish, including new product rollouts and feature enhancements.Manage multiple backlogs and define sprint objectives with Product Owners and Technical Delivery Managers.Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure Scrum and Kanban frameworks run smoothly.Unblock delivery issues and drive continuous improvement using data and metrics.Partner with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders to align delivery with business outcomes.Maintain project plans, resource forecasts and financial oversight when needed.Champion risk‑based delivery and appropriately escalated issues.Support automation, data and analytics initiatives that enhance our People systems.QualificationsStrong experience in technical project management roles.Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban and hybrid delivery methodologies.Experience delivering change in back‑office functions such as People, Pay & Reward, Learning & Development and Diversity & Inclusion.A track record of managing complex projects or multiple small initiatives simultaneously.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence at all levels.Resilience, empathy and a results‑driven approach.Commercial acumen and effective vendor management experience.Benefits25 days holiday, increasing through length of service, with option to buy or sell.Bupa health insurance for you and your family.Access to wellbeing programmes and mental health support.Bonus scheme.Enhanced parental leave.Pension scheme.Discounts on Bupa products and services.Opportunities for career development and internal mobility.Diversity & InclusionBupa is a Level 2 Disability Confident Employer.
